Competition Structure
- Sunday morning session for approx. 1 hour
- Sessions consist of skills learning and practices, activities and internal grid games
- All games are modified rules and no tackling
- For Girls and Boys
- Opportunities to participate in Sydney Swans game half-time Auskick
- Gala days vs other clubs
- Bonus backpacks filled with many goodies including a ball
