Preseason Training – Age / Team Based – From week beginning 6th March
These Preseason Training session will focus on preparing teams for their first week of competition. Times and days will vary depending on age groups and coaches.
Preseason Fitness and Skills Training – Sundays 9:00am from 5th February to 5th March
With the leadership of accredited AFL coaches, these sessions will focus on technique, fitness and ball handling.
Come and TRY AFL Sessions and bring a friend. Sunday 9am – 11am (5th and 12th February 2017)
This is for any new players to find out more and give it a go. No experience required. Current players can participate and bring a friend. Mike Kenny Oval, Greenway Park.
