They also impair performance as the players often have to clench their teeth to hold the mouthguard in place and this greatly reduces their ability to breathe properly.

Call for an appointment to come to our practice to have an impression taken.
Approximately one week after the impression is taken, you will return to have your custom mouthguard fitted.
You can choose either a clear or single-coloured.
Two-colours are available for an additional fee.
